Bradley's shoulder pops out a third time

08:08 AM ET 05.15 | These days, the Celtics are settling for players at 75 percent capacity. That essentially describes the plight of Avery Bradley, whose painful left shoulder popped out of its socket for the third time in two weeks during the Celtics' 82-81 Game 2 loss to Philadelphia [Monday] night. The Celtics guard left the game midway through the second quarter, had the shoulder re-set, and returned to play all but 12 seconds of the fourth quarter, in which he made two shots, including a big 3-pointer with 2:22 left. ... "I thought he played fine," said coach Doc Rivers. "He turned the ball over once and I thought that was a shoulder issue. If you see him trying to, he just had nothing on the ball. But, listen, I didn't think we'd have him."

Hell, why is this a worry, Bradley's shoulder? Mel Gibson's shoulder pops in and out a movie plus the sequal.......should be no problem for Bradley.

Seems to me the Celtics bigger worry should be that its gonna take more than talk from guys like us to beat this Sixers team. IMO the Sixers could up 2-0 going home for 2. I have the C's but they sure aren't making this thing easy. I have concerns and so should Doc.....now thats honesty.

Ray Allen needs to get going.

That can't be good I wonder can it be repaired by surgery? Not a Celtics fan but Bradley is one of the best onball defenders from the guard position in the entire league and starting to come into his own. Most likely he will be starting full time next year.

That was a HORRENDOUS offensive foul called that late in the game. If the refs wanted to send a message to KG, they could have done so early in the game. Hate it when a iffy call decides the game.

It was the right call at the wrong time. Technically he did foul him, but like everyone is saying they shouldn't have called it so late in the game, but KG has been moving on screens for years without a call being made. It was also a no call when Rondo threw the guy I think it was Williams to the floor so he couldnt catch the inbound pass which cause the sixers to turn the ball over. They even replayed it but no one is commenting on that non call so I guess the KG call was payback.

The Third Time Is Not A Charm, Bro.

It was definitely the right call! Why should it not have been called late in the game? That's when it took place.

They haven't been calling that on KG since game one it was reported that Collins kept complaining to the refs and they finally take heed. This is one of those instances that people say change the outcome of the game and the refs are not consistant. So I can see why Boston fans are in an uproar about the call when KG has been moving on screens this entire series and even before and hardly ever been penalized for it.

KG has been playing great the last week or so, but, hell, he set his feet and then had to lean over so far for the screen he almost fell over.

I don't know......kinda reminds me of the that game 6 Hawks vs. Celts call with 3 seconds left. Yeah, you know the one that handed the Celts the series, the same one that the Celts faithful openly acknowledged was wrong and that they benefitted from. Yeah, that one.........just saying.

The NBA is so screwed up with politics that there was no way that they would let the Hawks win that series or have a chance to run the series to 7 games even if the refs had to trip and tomahawk the Hawks players.

Come on Doc, cut the kid some slack. If nothing else, Bradley is showing that he's one tough cookie.

This kid Bradley is one tough cookie and a fine ballplayer when he's healthy.

Using you logic......I say we as fans should not really be bragging about our team and how great they are when a championship is handed to them via the NBA (Comm. Stearn & his coharts). Wow, the reincarnation of the WWE. Yeah, I luv seeing Larry Zybisco, The Nature Boy Flair and Ravishing Rick Rude with all their theatrics. Now we got Stearn, Wade & Lebron.....go figure!

Complaining about NBA officiating is akin to complaining about August heat in Texas.

Pointless.
