08:23 AM ET 05.22 | Urban Meyer hasn't been shy this offseason in reminding Ohio State players just how much work has to be done by August. Though Meyer includes quarterbacks Braxton Miller and Kenny Guiton among the players on the positive side of his ledger, he also made clear that both need to take a leap in becoming leaders. "I hate to stereotype a kid as a typical high-school player," Meyer said of Miller, "but I got the sense when I first got here that he was kind of a cool guy and, 'I'm going to lift weights and take care of my business,' as opposed to, no, you're going to finish first in every drill, you're going to be the first one in the office, you're going to do extra work, you're going to push yourself to be one of the best."

Sounds like tOSU has a little of the "entitlement" mentality that UTx suffered from.

The nerve. Expecting D1 football players to act more mature than HS kids!

Trying to make someone who doesn't care give a crap is a losing proposition. If he can't get fired up to play QB for tOSU there are plenty of kids who can...

The Tebow offense only worked for awhile, once they figured it out, it did not gain as much. He better have something new up his sleeve.

It only worked because of the 4 guys that could run 4.3's or better

Maybe he's not happy with his paycheck. Urbie has to give Miller a raise.

I don't care if they install what offense they install as long as its successful.

That's the objective. I've criticized LSU and Bama for a blah offense but they won with it which is all that matters. Now, if they slip a little on defense....

"Friends in Low Places" is the very first song on the jukebox, and is printed on a sign over the bar entrance. Set's the tone for the place.

"Margaritaville" is song #2.
