What? $14M in assets, $10M in debt. Doesn't that balance to $4M in his column? Why bankruptcy? sell your crap, pay your debts, and still be worth more than 99% of us schmucks on these threads.

If he's supposedly filing under chapter 11, doesn't that mean he can still keep the majority of his stuff and work out payment plans with his creditors? (I'm sure they'd be thrilled to do that when the guy isn't paying his bills right now).

Lewis is also supposedly self-employed with an annual income of $300K. The guy isn't exactly destitute.

Biggest problem is the whole country counts like this. My own accountant included. I'm still amazed at the crap he considers real and amused at what he considers not of value, even after all these years. But hey, I'm trying to sell a piece of paper for $150K right now without any guarantees, and it seems to be generating quite a bit of interest. Go figure.
