08:10 AM ET 05.30 | Pau Gasol may not like the speculation, but he seems to be getting used to hearing it. [Gasol] laughed with a tone that suggested both amusement and annoyance. A little over a week removed from the Lakers' early playoff exit in the Western Conferense semifinals, and the team's forward is already finding himself the subject of trade rumors. ... [Bulls.com] quoted "Laker insiders" who said "Gasol would like to play for the Bulls." That contradicts the endless statements Gasol has made that he'd like to remain a Laker. He reiterated that stance again Tuesday during a visit at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. "My position is still the same," Gasol told The Times. "I still would love to be a part of the Lakers and continue to be here."Los Angeles Times

The foundation is cracking. Trade Gasol while you can still get something for him. Kobe is 110 in B-Ball years, MWP is 1 incident away from being banned, Bynum is inconsistant and the rest of the team are horrible. TIme to make moves.

I can't even imagine how sick and tired these guys get of being asked the same question over and over by hack reporters who think they've come up with something new.

Every scrub reporter wants to be the first one that gets the answer everyone has been waiting to hear.

Gasol is still serviceable one of the few big skilled men left in the game. He just didnt pan out in Mike Brown's system.

Gasol will be traded, its more of a matter as to where. Gasol can't except being the third option on a team where he was the second option. The Lakers will move him for that reason alone.
