It just depends on who they're targeting specifically and if that player will be there. Regardless, they're going to get a good pick at #4, this draft is deep.

Washington picked his teammate, Mel Turpin, ahead of Charles Barkley. Carlos Boozer was a second round pick. Chris Washburn (what a turd) was picked in the top five by Golden State.

I'm pretty sure the reason Portland didn't take MJ in '84 is they dratfed Clyde Drexler in '83.
