The problem with this Two Man team is that they are practically the same players, with similar skills.
In the begining it sounded great; James and Wade together.
However, they don't really compliment one another.
They mainly have isolation plays.
The only team play between Wade and James is when one of the two won't come back on defence, but instead leaks out for a fast break.
