Tebow invited to Sanchez's Jets West camp

08:08 AM ET 06.04 | Welcome to the club, Tim Tebow. [Tebow] told the Daily News that he will be attending Mark Sanchez's "Jets West" passing camp in Southern California in a few weeks. Sanchez, hoping to establish himself as the unquestioned leader of the offense, extended the invitation to his backup. Sanchez and Tebow, who have had their every move dissected to extreme levels ever since the backup QB arrived via a trade with Denver in March, will headline a group of skill position players that will participate in this annual rite of summer. Two months after Santonio Holmes didn't invite Tebow to Orlando for a few days of informal workouts with Sanchez, Dustin Keller and Patrick Turner, [Sanchez] made sure to include [Tebow].

If Sanchez is going to be the leader, it makes sense to do so to establish himself this way. Additionally, if he's privy to any of Sparano's ideas of incorporating Tebow, then why not bring Tebow out to workout as that role player. Maybe he'll serve as a FB or TE in some sets. Only makes sense to make the most of all available assets.
Then again, this is the Jets. Sanchez knows that bringing Tebow along will draw media attention.

The key sentence in this article is Santonio Holmes not extending an invitation to Tebow. Team player does not equal Santonio Holmes. Just like last year these kind of players on the Jets team will kill them in the season. And oh yes, "JETS SUCK"!!!
