08:14 AM ET 06.04 | Chris Bosh's absence, now standing at three weeks and nine playoff games due to an abdominal strain, may be coming to an end. With the Eastern Conference finals headed for a tense finish, the Miami Heat appear ready to try to get their missing All-Star on the floor. According to multiple sources, the Heat are hoping to activate [Bosh] for Tuesday's Game 5 if he doesn't suffer a setback in workouts over the next two days. Bosh declined to discuss his status following the Heat's 93-91 overtime loss to the Boston Celtics on Sunday, which tied the series at 2-2. ... The Heat have not put an official timetable on his return but it is believed they were targeting a three-week window for a return if he didn't have setbacks.

Celtics in seven..........

They should already be up 3-1.

I love how other media outlets are reporting a foul "controversy" because Mebron fouled out last night. Where were these people when Doc was getting techs for asking questions?

It's funny it's an issue when MeBron gets fouls, but not for Pierce.

Lovely double standard.

Oh, and Wade is still dirty.

Doesn't matter if Lebron is taken out of games like that.

2 bad fouls called on Lebron. He took it well.

Those were terrible calls.

Yep.............They could easily be 3-1..............

All in the eye of the beholder.

They could have been swept if Bosh was there but he wasn't so what sense does it make to say what could have been.

The NBA is creating the scenario that they want, unfortunately for the Cs they are not in it.

Bad play call at the end of reg... Even more stupid at the end of OT

I would swear that Ghost was coaching them.

Dude, no one cares what happens with the Heat or Celtics. Stern was in the crowd watching the Spurs-Thunder game. He knows that these two teams are doing - or have done - a lot more for the league than the teams out East. The Spurs have been the class act of the league for the past era, and Stern would love to have them win one or two more titles before they move on to the next era. By the same token, he knows that the Thunder are a better product than the Heat with all their drama over Lebron and Wade.

I care about the Celtics... I know a lot of people tbat do.

The Heat? Not so much.

And not that I know Stern as well as you do... But I'm betting a Celtics vs Spurs Finals would be just fine with him

Tell me about it.

I can't believe that final set they ran. That was just plain terrible.

Had he put Miller in the corner instead of Haslem on the baseline, that last play would have been different. No way Garnett leaves Miller alone for a shallow corner 3ptr, which leaves Dwade or Lebron free going to the rim or basically free to work the middle 1/3 of the court.

Still there will be those that say this dude is doing a fine job of coaching and that clearly isn't the case.

If I was coaching them, the Cs would have been swept.
