10:21 AM ET 06.10 | The Yankees could find themselves in the market for an outfielder. General manager Brian Cashman may have some decisions to make in the seven weeks between now and the July 31 nonwaiver trade deadline after starting left fielder Brett Gardner suffered another setback in his attempt to return from a strained right elbow. Manager Joe Girardi said Gardner could be sidelined until after the All-Star break.

Sure. We'll give you Andruw Jones and Chris Dickerson for Matt Kemp.

Agreed. Plus, the list of available OF's isn't overly exciting.

As presently constituted, there aren't enough blood centrifuges in Europe to keep this team healthy.

You got it. If there was a better choice out there this winter then Swisher would have never had that $10million option picked up.
Honestly, Gardener is not exactly Ted Williams out there. He can steal a base, sure, but he is basically a .260 hitter with no power and he is no RBI man.
He looks better from a distance.

DH vs RHP was all. That is why he is one of the lowest paid players on the team.

If they are looking for a complete outfielder Quentin is not the answer.

And Brett Gardner never was either. People forget what he is? Cannot hit LH pitching. Nothing clutch about his modest hitting and the reason he gets so many OF assits is because no one is afraid to test his arm. It is erratic. You don't run on a Bautista, but you sure do on a Brett Gardner.
A LF that hit .260 and drive in 37 runs is not exactly a big loss.

The Centrum comment cracks me up! I have to say that it pleases me to no end to see the Yankees and BoSox anywhere but first or second place, but you all know what this means, right? After standing relatively pat this past winter, both teams are going to spend more money than all others combined in their attempts to buy another World Series ring.

The Yankees are doing better so no need to make a move just because the media thinks so.

Wassup peeps....went to new Yankee Stadium for first time last night....liked the old one better...new one seems very factitious.....and that right field porch is ridiculously close...its closer than the old stadium...sorry Yankees fans you can say what you want but the new ballpark in Queens is much better...better viewing ,better prices...new Yankee stadium is very artifical....on a 1-10 rating 10 being the highest I give it a 6.....
