08:22 AM ET 06.11 | At least on paper so far, the right to negotiate with Brad Stuart has cost the Sharks Andrew Murray and a seventh-rounder. The Sharks want [Stuart] in their lineup. He wants to be there. What could go wrong? Well, who knows? Money? Term? ... [While] things could reach the point where the Sharks find themselves involved in a bidding war next month, it was pretty clear Sunday afternoon that Stuart likes the idea of playing in San Jose again. "I don't know if it's going to be my final NHL contract, but I hope it is my final destination," Stuart said of what comes next. "I've lived here in the off season every since I was traded and I have a lot of respect for the organization."

Alright then, Holland has some SERIOUS work to do. If Suter doesn't come, they're kinda screwed, cuz they'll be playing the young kids a lot. They're (Kindl, Smith) talented, but not yet ready for heavy lifting.

I hope that sign any of those castoffs, and draft and maybe set back a year.

Kronwall-Ericsson? Ech...I like half of that. I like Ian White, but not in the top pairing. They certainly need two, maybe three d-men signed (and one being top flight).

Listing what's left from who played last year: Kronwall, White, Ericsson, Quincey, Kindl, Brandon Smith, Janik. Could use some help back there.
