08:00 AM ET 06.12 | Rebuilding the Colts quickly wasn't going to be easy, which may be just where GM Ryan Grigson can thrive. Nearly one-third of the Indianapolis Colts salary cap is tied up in "dead" money, prorated bonuses not yet counted against the cap but paid to players such as Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark, Gary Brackett and Joseph Addai who are no longer with the team. Grigson couldn't go about rebuilding the Colts by spending. He had to go about it by digging. "I feel like digging is one of my strong suits, digging and not caring what anybody else thinks or what the perception is," said Grigson. ... Grigson operates with what he calls "eye confidence." He believes he knows what he's looking at and he trusts what he sees. Videotape is truth.

Sure they'll win 3 games this year!

Sounds like an NFL version of moneyball, only without the computerized statistics. He might trust what he sees, but I see a train wreck.

Actually, he was looking at the Colts' cheerleaders and meant to say eye candy.

"With the #1 overall selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select.... Matt Barkley from the University of Southern California."

Sounds to me like a serious case of poor management. Even the Redskins aren't that bad after the Hainsworth fiasco and Choirboy robbing them. Who is their financial advisor, Bernie Madoff.

Funny but I don't think they'll do that two years running. If they have it, and I'm sure they will, they'd do will to trade down for multiple picks.

He's going to need a fine eye to see where the rush is coming..early and often.

iConfidence. It's a new product from Apple.

The GM main objective better be improving O line. If not number 7 could be another Archie Manning of the Saints years ago.

Go Luck Andrew, your going to do just fine!!!

The Jags also have a real good chance to hear that.

Other than adding Blackmon (who's drunk), they really didn't address much.

It's going to be rough to watch the Colts this year.

Congrats to the Colts. They've gone from "Suck for Luck" to "Suck with Luck."
