Parise says 'no way' to Rangers

08:36 AM ET 06.14 | Soon-to-be unrestricted free agent Zach Parise does not, apparently, have interest in following the path worn by Scott Gomez. At Devils' breakup day, [Parise] was asked three separate times whether he would consider signing with the rival Rangers. And three different times, the still-Devils captain made it clear he would not consider going across the Hudson River once the free agent market opens on July 1. "No way," Parise said. Parise would not get into the specifics of why he wouldn't sign with the Rangers but did make it clear his first choice is to remain with the Devils, even adding he believes it's a possibility he could re-sign with the Devils before he hits the free agent market.
