08:27 AM ET 06.15 | It appears that El Camino College emerged victorious in the Jesse Scroggins sweepstakes. [Coach] John Featherstone said he has produced 12 All-America quarterbacks in his 27-year tenure, including Dan Speltz (current quarterbacks coach), Steve Sarkisian, Frank Dolce, Johnny Leonard, Robert Hodge, Matt Engle, Lyle Moevao and most recently Matt Simms. El Camino has also won two state crowns and one national title while playing in one of the nation's top conferences. "This is where the best competition is," Scroggins said. ... Scroggins will be looking to get his AA degree so he can transfer to a four-year university at the conclusion of the season with two years of eligibility remaining. "It's a one-and-done deal," Featherstone said.

They were JC AA's. El Camino has always been a top level place and send a lot of guys to D-1 schools. Good place for him to go. He still needs to attend class though. Wish him luck.
