09:25 AM ET 06.16 | Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice recently compiled a list of the top six NFL receivers under the age of 26. During an episode of ESPN's NFL Live this week, Rice revealed his rankings, which included the Cowboys' Dez Bryant. "I had a chance to meet this guy in Dallas and he's a humongous receiver," Rice said of the 23-year-old Bryant. "If he can get his head on straight, Tony Romo's going to look for him more and they're going to be incredible out on the football field."

"Rice's other five in alphabetical order: Pittsburgh's Antonio Brown (23), New York Giants' Victor Cruz (25), Cincinnati's A.J. Green (23), Minnesota's Percy Harvin (24) and Atlanta's Julio Jones (24)."

True, but it still reminds me of the grill of a 1967 Camaro.

I wonder if it's useful in minimizing concussions?

Doubt it. It's a typical player selection. According to the article, the helmet servers two purposes: 1) harder to grab the facemask, and; 2) gives Tuck what he wants in a helmet, something that looks different than everyone else's.

Jerry's probably right, but with all due respect he doesn't have Montana or Young throwing balls his way !!!!

They use that quote so much it kinda tarnishes all the HOF'ers. Like it SOOOO easy to be one, Media can tear down all accomplishments.
