08:09 AM ET 06.21 | Welcome to the Dwightmare, Rob Hennigan. The question now is when will Hennigan hire Brian Shaw to be the Magic's next head coach? I mean, come on, is there any question this will be the Magic's next move? Although Hennigan will be the one who officially makes the hire, it's become blatantly obvious that Shaw has been the Magic's coach-in-waiting since Stan Van Gundy was fired. ... Why do you think the Charlotte Bobcats, who interviewed Shaw twice, ended up hiring Mike Dunlap, an assistant college coach from St. John's. Could it be because Shaw, a former Magic player who coached under Phil Jackson with the Lakers, already knew he was going to get the Magic job and told the Bobcats thanks but no thanks?

Shaw deserves a chance. I'm pulling for the Magic to get through this Dwight Debacle.

AND I thought Shaw was interested in starting his head coaching career in a stable environment. I guess Shas say he'll take a job no matter what the circumstances are. He wants a start to his coaching career. Memo: Until Howard is gone, the Magic Job has lost all its luster. Management is a joke and has been through the tenures of Otiee and Stanee Boy.
The Magic need to clean house and that house cleaning should include Howard and Nelson. Then and only then will a breath of fresh air exists in Orlando! Magic go for it!

Orlando's next HC should be Jeff Van Gundy.
