Georgia's running backs problem

08:21 AM ET 07.02 | Friday was a tough day for Mark Richt and Georgia football, which dismissed Isaiah Crowell heading into the weekend. [Short of building a time machine], Richt has done about the most you could ask from a man charged with overseeing a small army of college-age men, a demographic not known for its decision-making skills. No, this isn't a discipline problem. It's a running back problem because nowhere else do the Bulldogs seem to be hit so hard and so consistently. Richt and his staff are adept at sniffing out talented ball carriers. They just haven't had luck finding many who can keep things on the straight and narrow long enough to live up to the potential.

Sad to see a kid with this much potential throw it all away. We're not doing these kids any favors treating them like royality and giving them a God complex before their 18th birthday.

Hope he gets his life in order and blows up some DII or JUCO leage and still gets a shot at making a living with this athletic ability

Look out for the Gators, to take the East by storm.

So let it be written, so let it be done.

That will be hard to do as USCe IMO have a rougher SEC schedule than the Bulldogs. Yes Georgia has to travel to Missouri, South Carolina and Auburn, but USCe has to play LSU and Florida on the road and Arky at Columbia.

When is Richt going to realize that you don't need an offense in the SEC to win.

I know you are being sarcastic....

but this never helped Moo State. They usually have a very good defense, and not much offense....

Are you saying that Georgia is in the SEC and "Doesn't" have a decent Defense?? :-)
