08:22 AM ET 07.02 | What a difference a couple of years makes. Two years ago, John Beilein turned his coaching staff upside down. Whether it was a one-sided decision or a mutual split between Beilein and his former Michigan basketball assistant coaches doesn't much matter now. Two years removed from a horribly disappointing 15-17 campaign, Beilein and his new staff have two NCAA Tournament appearances and a Big Ten championship -- and now, he wants to make sure his current group remains next to him on the bench for as long as possible. "We love this staff," Beilein said last week. "And whatever we can do to keep this group going in the right direction together, that's something I'm all for."

Those days are over. Beilien & Co are doing a great job of recruiting quality kids

This Spartan fan agrees. The Fab Five thing is getting old.

Why do people make stupid comments like, "go buy more players". When was the last time you visited your "teams" campus? Ever see what those kids drive and all the stuff they have? If you're competitive you're cheating. If a kid has no local ties to you and he gets offered 100,000G to play somewhere and your "clean" school offers him nothing, where do you think he's going? Where would you be going? Get a grip people.
