08:17 AM ET 07.03 | Consider this some music to the ears of Alabama fans. There's now a defined favorite in the race to land Derrick Henry, the highly touted running back prospect from Yulee, Fla., who de-committed from Georgia last month. "Alabama is my leader!" Henry tweeted Monday. ... [Henry] also tweeted that he intends to wait until December to announce a decision. In an interview on Birmingham's 97.3 FM last week, Henry said Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and USC are the schools he's still considering. He added during the interview that the presence of other young, highly touted backs on college rosters like Alabama's T.J. Yeldon and Georgia's Keith Marshall won't factor into his decision.

This kid would have to be something very special to step into the Bama backfield over the next couple of years. It's not that I don't want him comming to Bama but I am just sayin.

I'm surprised Tennessee is listed. He would almost certainly be the starting RB on his first game as a freshman if he chose the Vols, though.

Hey Joe Kidd, you turned LUS, he is defending Bama right and left, he has crossed over. ;-0

Better hide, Colonel, you know you don't live all THAT far from LUS in the real world.

And since I have to defend the Gumps..Whisky turned town a neutral site game in Chicago...and this:I doubt we see any OOC games announced until the future SEC schedule format is known.

Bumps already have home and home scheduled with Sparty in 2016/2017.
