Forsythe transferring to Akron?

08:16 AM ET 07.13 | Bob Huggins just lost a whole lot of size up front. West Virginia University basketball center Pat Forsythe is transferring out of the Mountaineer program, according to [Huggins]. "Probably to Akron," Huggins said Thursday night. Forsythe was a 6-foot-11 redshirt freshman for WVU from Brunswick, Ohio. He was known for his lateral quickness, footwork and ability to run the floor, but battled injuries while in Morgantown. Forsythe received a hardship waiver and missed the majority of the season with a stress fracture in his right ankle. He appeared in seven games and averaged 2.1 points and 3.4 rebounds. He had four points against Akron and Mississippi State and a season-high seven rebounds against Alcorn State.
