I guess it's like the draft, some years are better than others. We'll have to make due with this one. Selanne signed...though no news on Alfredsson

I was stunned to read that Selanne signed without so much as a word from FN. The interns are really slipping.

Not sure Selanne signing is any bigger news than anything else we are getting.

that's what I was thinking Phantom..if you don't have the drive to play...retire. He's had a good run with the Wings...nobody better at screening a goalie for years.

It has to be a hard decision, especially with all the success he's had with the Wings. But, if you aren't 100% committed to playing, you're doing your teammates a disservice.

Dornhoefer showed up at the Flyers prospects training camp with his sticks and skates the other day. He said he thought it was an alumni event. ;)
