If the season started today, nobody would feel the loss of departed free agents more than Neil. ... [GM Bryan Murray] stated Thursday he'll soon have more. "There's pressure (on Neil), no question," said Murray. "We hope to help him. Now, we have to address that vacancy somehow, and we'll try to do that." However, Murray doesn't see anything on the list of remaining unrestricted free agents that tickles his fancy. So he's turning to Plan B. "I think that at some point here in the near future, I have to address it in another form, whether it be by trade or whatever," said Murray. "But it's probably a trade."

I agree. I rmember during the playoffs, the guy hit everything that moved....that either couldn't or wouldn't hit back. He dodged Prust the whole series. We have a word for guys like him...PUNK

And to get tougher on the front line. I agree with the D, but they need some help from the forwards. Outside of Talbot, Giroux and Couterier, not a great sense of urgency to get back from their forwards. Also they lack size on their front lines.
I'm afraid we are in for another disappointing ending to the season unless Holmegren can pull a rabbit out of his orifice
