Setback for UCLA's Muhammad

08:16 AM ET 07.16 | It took a global challenge for the Bruins to make some local news. UCLA freshman Shabazz Muhammad is still "about a week away" from returning to the court after suffering a high ankle sprain a little more than two weeks ago, Bruins coach Ben Howland told CBSSports.com on Saturday. "It was our first workout," Howland said in between games [at the Arlington, Va.,] Nike Global Challenge. "Actually, we were finished working out, and [the players] started playing five-on-five. He sprained his ankle playing then. He's been out ever since." ... Howland said he expects both Muhammad and Anderson, who had thumb surgery in late April, to be healthy enough to compete with the Bruins during next month's trip to China.
