New Knick point guard Jason Kidd "smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage, he had slurred speech, [was] very unsteady afoot and had bloodshot, watery and glassy eyes" when cops found him sitting in his bashed-in Cadillac Escalade on a Hamptons road early Sunday, according to a criminal complaint. "Defendant did not know what had happened in accident," the complaint added. "I had a few drinks," the allegedly blotto b-baller told cops.
