08:17 AM ET 07.18 | Alabama's recruiting class of 2013 may be on the verge of losing its second commitment in the past week. Pepperell, Georgia lineman Andy Dodd has been committed to the Crimson Tide since March, but in an interview with 247Sports' Rusty Mansell, Dodd said he is now reconsidering his commitment and will visit LSU this weekend. The 6-foot-4, 325-pound offensive tackle said he recently spoke with Alabama head coach Nick Saban about the status of commitment to the Tide. "Basically we talked about the reasons why I committed to them, but honestly I rushed into my decision without really thinking about it," said Dodd. "Coach Saban knows I am going to LSU this weekend."

Bama lock.

He's just shopping around for more goodies and attention. That's getting to be the norm nowadays and it suxes -- but really don't blame these kids for wanting whatever they can get out of the system.

When you're Gump and you sign 113 5*'s when they are HS Juniors, there's gonna be some attrition.

LOL. An OL Tx and a few others are recruiting just heard from Bama yesterday about getting an offer if he visited. This story may explain it but that is one school that throws out a very large net.

Kind of like kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out.

Yep. Thanks for the correction. Just got the wrong one. Should have looked downward instead of upward.

blah, blah, blah, blah...that's a pretty good description of the FN CFB discussion. Of course, it is a highly intelligent, well informed, non fact based, eloquent and unbiased blah, blah, blah!

6'4" 325....I would say there's a lot to him.

Now...how does he use that "lot" might be a different story...

Come on over to LSU. Could not happen to a better man for one to change his BAMA commitment and go to another SEC School.
