08:23 AM ET 07.18 | Look out, Dominik Hasek, Mike Modano can steal a few comeback headlines, too. Modano, who retired after the 2010-11 NHL season, says he is mulling over the idea of playing again. Hasek, meanwhile, is trying to get any teams that might be interested in his services to cough up a multi-year contract. "I don't know," Modano said of a comeback. "You look at things and you wonder, 'What's the worst thing that could happen?' I mean, I get in better shape. I don't know what's going to happen with the CBA and everything, but I mean, one more year? That kind of intrigues me." ... "I wish it would have ended better [in Detroit], and there's a taste in your mouth about leaving the way it was it still haunts me."
