Harbaugh recalls 'shocking' rift among Ravens

Any team that makes the playoffs as consistently as the Ravens is doing something right.

I'm proud that he's proud.

And they do that in a division with the even-more-consistent Pittsburgh Steelers.

I think the "rift" may have been based around the calling out of Joe Flacco by a few vets during the playoffs.

Speaking of, the area that used to host them for training camp is having a Summer Football Day with active members of the Ravens and former members of Baltimore Colts. Ray is the headliner at $80 an autograph. Free autographs are included from a couple of rookies and, oh yeah, Curtis Painter.

nah, read it again, he says:

"When I first stood in front of that team, the rift was palpable..."

So he's talking about after Billick was canned and he was hired...and he's 100% right, too, because the team had a huge rift back then. Ever since "cancerous" players like Chris MacAllister left and Harbs has taken over things have really improved in that locker room.

This is called a "PR statement" that has no basis in reality....they just want the fans to think everything is hunky dory...

How many millions does this guy make a year playing football? And he has to sell autographs?

Especially if you consider how much this community (Westminster, MD) has embraced the Ravens. They have so much pride for that team as if it were their own.

Until Harbaugh hoists the Lombardi there will always be a rift...

He has the most sense of the family.
