08:11 AM ET 07.31 | The Magic's dealings with Dwight Howard continue to head south, and it's believed that Howard may want to head west. And the Dallas Mavericks are in position to accommodate him. Sometime. But while Howard has allegedly been assured by some inside the Orlando organization that his wish will be granted -- with the Nets, Lakers and Mavs topping his wishlist -- the Magic are wisely showing no urgency to make a bad deal. And in their minds, offers from the Nets and Lakers -- offers that went very public and therefore were portrayed as "close" -- were also "bad." Meanwhile, FOXSportsSouthwest.com has learned that [Donnie Nelson and Magic GM Rob Hennigan] visited last week about a Dwight Howard trade.

Go ahead posters, champion the Magic and their silly stance. They should be happy that anyone in the league is at least attempting to even deal with they're silly ass. I want Howard to play past the trade deadline and the Magic get absolutely nothing from them, then have them pat themselves on the back after accomplishing not and setting the franchise back another 5 years.
