Roman Catholic head coach Joe McCourt said Fuller loved Penn State and the coaching staff, but he saw opportunities at Notre Dame that trumped the Nittany Lions. "Will wants to go to a place where he can get a good education, be surrounded by great football players and have an opportunity to win a national championship," McCourt said.

Winning a championship in a ND uniform will take a miracle. ND is ranked 24th or so in the preseason rankings this season. Don't see them breaking the Top 10 when Fuller gets there.
