Can Philly keep Bynum?

08:05 AM ET 08.10 | Doug Collins may be one of the happier guys in London this weekend. In an NBA blockbuster reminiscent of when they acquired the likes of Wilt Chamberlain or Moses Malone, the 76ers are involved in a four-way trade in which they will get center Andrew Bynum. ... A source said the Sixers have yet to reach out to Bynum's agent, David Lee, about an extension, but there will be plenty of time for that. When the sides begin to talk about an extension for Bynum, the Sixers can offer the max -- three years and $60 million. However, if Bynum were to test free agency, he could command a five-year, $100 million deal. Though Bynum reportedly said that he would only sign an extension with the Lakers, it's worth noting that he grew up in Plainsboro, N.J.

If healthy, I have a feeling that bynum will put up shaq-like #s in philly26+pts 13+ boards this seasonI think philly is improved with the iggy>bynum swapand I think Bynum can/will be that go-to scorer.....But I don't think he's going to be able to carry them past the 2nd round

unless phlly gets a high seed but most likely not they have no chance of reaching 2nd round, first time since the miami big 3 can together i am very interested how this season will play out, nuggets might be able to put up a good fight against okc then it will be bench depth vs starting 5

either way mike brown its win now or get fired

How was this a good trade for the Nuggets? They are overpaying three SFs (Gallinari, Chandler and now Iggy).

I'm sure one of them will disappear soon.
