08:49 AM ET 08.12 | Lakers owner Jerry Buss underwent a surgical procedure Thursday, but the team would not provide many details. "He did have surgery and it went fine," Lakers spokesman John Black said. "He's not home yet, but he's expected to make a full recovery." Black would not discuss the procedure.

Jerry had to surgically repair a stress fracture in his lower arm. I heard the weight of all the championship rings he was wearing since he bought the Lakers was a bit too much for him as he got older and his body started break down.
