That's civilized, I can't deal with the whole pump your own gas thing when I am back there

So I've been reading about this Ryan guy and I'm a little confused. Maybe some of you still living the dream over there in the US can help me out on this one. If this Ryan guy is the great new secret weapon why isn't he running for President?
