Good morning FN, finally back from my trip.
Great news on the Lakers front. D12 will be a huge difference, just because he will bring 100% every night something that Bynum never did.
Lakers has the best starting 5 on the NBA now. Scary. Heat/Lakers finals will be very exciting.

Proper pieces?
Howard wanted to be the main focal point of the team, no doubt...and he was.
Orlando had (at one point) good role players around him.
They still couldn't get it done.
Was it the perfect team?
No.
But any wanna-be star player could win a title with the "perfect team"...whatever that is.
The really good players can overcome obstacles wthout whinning about not having the right pieces.
For the life of me, I can't understand why teams continue to pursue players like this when they clearly can't get the team to their ultimate goal of winning a title.
Not trying to bust your b@lls, but the go-to excuse is that he didn't have the right pieces around him.
