Pinkel calls out inconsistent QB

08:19 AM ET 08.17 | By Gary Pinkel's scoring system, Missouri's defense outscored the offense, 18-4, during Thursday's scrimmage, which started for James Franklin with a fumbled exchange. Franklin continued to struggle early, throwing an interception to safety Ian Simon and misfiring on several passes on the No. 1 offense's first two drives. But he eventually warmed up, finishing the scrimmage 16 of 25 for 177 yards and a touchdown. ... "[He] wasn't playing very well and all of the sudden he looks like he's going to be first team all-SEC," said Pinkel said. "That's disappointing. We'll talk to James about that." Pinkel said Franklin, who accumulated almost 4,000 yards and 36 touchdowns, is capable of being even better.

Golfer tells his wife he's quitting golf because he can't see well any more. Wife tells him to take her brother. Even though the brother in law is old and feeble, he still has 20/20 vision. Golfer takes him with him. On the first hole he hits a good drive but, as usual, didn't see where it went. He turns to his BIL and says "Did you see where it went." BIL replies "Of course I saw it. Wilson should be the best QB....Murry and Mettsiah will have a better team around them/ better overall record.
Not sure who will be 1st string SEC at the end of the year, but I think Wilson will have the better NFL carreer of all you mentioned.
