08:44 AM ET 08.18 | Take it for what it's worth, but there's buzz out there that Greek team Panathinaikos is interested in Detroit Pistons free agent Ben Wallace. Sportando.net, which covers European basketball, drew that conclusion from a story out of Greece that we couldn't read. It was all Greek to us. Last month, Wallace said he was 50-50 on returning to the Pistons or retiring. Wallace, who turns 38 next month, averaged 1.4 points and 4.3 rebounds in 62 games last season. But it's also unclear whether the Pistons want their longtime center back.
