The article didn't say why he is transferring from Florida to TCU?

It also doesn't say what affiliation the Sharks asistant coach has with either school. Turns out, he is from the kid's high school. What's the story GR? Is this a big deal or no big deal?

Yes, Guido, it is a better school (sorry GR). As for the weed availabilty...it seems I have millions of weeds around the place and you bet I'll share them with anyone who wants them. Come one, come all you pick 'em, dig 'em and their yours...free! Yes, folks....free weeds! lol

I wonder about it myself, FJJ. From everything I read I get mixed feelings as to how this year turns out. However, I could say the same thing for UTX...and all the others as well! Hope we all have good seasons with good games and no injuries. It's about time for some college football! Go Frogs!

None taken. BTW...did you want some weeds? lol
Also have some critters that I call cricket spiders because they look like a cross between the two and I blame them on the UFO sightings a few years back. They're free too. such a deal.

Dude wanted a better fit, at least according to the Gville sources. He was a QB in HS, and transitioning to WR and having some difficulties doing so. If there's a weed connection, I hope it's that WM is cracking down on the weedamungus, and making life tough on those who partake. Not counting on that, though. No indications Story was 420 friendly, honestly.
Not sure I buy the first part, either, since UF ain't exactly flush with proven go-to WRs. But he was not high on the depth chart, I don't think, so he may just have wanted a fresh start, or a chance at playing some other position.

I don't know much about Froggie academics, but they'd need to be pretty darned sporty to beat UF, IMO.

On the others I meant I had read mixed reports from various sources that led me to conclude no one really knows what they'll have until they actually play. As for the frogs, I understand and the injury bug has also come into play. We're going to be starting more freshman players than what I thought we would and GP seems unhappy over the attitude he's been seeing as well. Those things don't bode well for boosting optimisim and I have no idea as to how our depth will stack up to the overall conference this year.
