08:10 AM ET 08.20 | Los Angeles sure seems to be taking its time in replacing Neil Olshey. Coach Vinny Del Negro, team president Andy Roeser and director of player personnel Gary Sacks have handled basketball operations since Olshey defected to the Portland Trail Blazers in early June. ... Del Negro has the potential of deploying a front line with [Blake Griffin, Lamar Odom and DeAndre Jordan] that is extremely long and talented, and a difficult match-up for any opponent. All in all, it was a nice summer haul -- one that could result in Sacks getting promoted from within to fill the GM role. Or, maybe Del Negro will have a dual role ... if the Clippers could let Mike Dunleavy do it, why not?

Looks like head coaching itself was a little over his head. A GM? not!

Make him GM, suit him up, put him on the court and spot him 20. It doesn't matter! As long as the Clippers Curse exists, they aren't winning anything.

Maybe if Sterling sold the franchise the curse would go away!

LOL, come on Eli, you also must have thought the same thing. Hell Kupchak is the only GM in L.A. :-)

I understand the general negative sentiment...however, pray tell, who could be the GM for the Clippers that could overcome the pall cast over the franchise by the Sterling?
