08:20 AM ET 08.28 | University of Florida coach Will Muschamp still has a decision to make. [Muschamp] said Monday that a starter hasn't been picked yet but the plan for Saturday's 3:30 p.m. season opener against Bowling Green (ESPN) is to start either Jeff Driskel or Jacoby Brissett and let him play the entire first quarter. The one who does not start will play the entire second quarter. At halftime, Muschamp and offensive coordinator Brent Pease will decide at halftime who will start the third quarter. Driskel had a bruised shoulder that caused some crazy camp rumors, but as expected he's been cleared to play in the opening game. Muschamp's expectations from the quarterbacks? "Win," he said.

I'll bet Pease is frantically looking around for Kellen Moore.

UF forgot to put that in Pease contract. IMO Pease should be concerned with a lack of playermakers at WR. Debose is not even starting.

sounds like a crappy plan. But at least you know you get to play a whole quarter before being yanked. Seems Muschamp learned some bad things while in Austin.

There is no good way to handle this situation. UF has had success with two QBs before, but that was during the Spurrier days.

IMO this is a ploy to keep the loser of the QB battle from transferring.

I know I owe a quarter to someone on here....

"If you have 2 quaterbacks, you really don't have a quarterback".

UF - FSU 97. UF beat #1 FSU with two QBs trading off from play to play.

Just let me drink the 2 QB kool-aid, I know from experience it has a better after taste that 3 QB kool-aid.

In a positive story about the Gators, Neiron Ball will be making his return to the Swamp this Saturday.

I was going to go that direction but given yesterdays events I went with the price gouging thing. But yeah, I am sure $7.50 in bama is $.25 in the rest of the country. Bama math and all.

Here we go again.

UF is going to win the BCSCG. UF Defense will score more points than the opposing teams offense. Matt Elam will win the Bronko Nagurski and the Biletnikoff because he will have so many pick 6s. Driskel and Brissett will split the Heisman.

Which get's higher attendance...Florida's college FB programs, or the NFL teams? NEXT!
