08:15 AM ET 08.29 | An honor on its own, Julius Randle may have thought even more of it not long ago. Newly minted as the top prospect in the Rivals150 for the class of 2013, the 6-foot-9, 240-pound senior from Plano (Texas) Prestonwood Christian still pays attention to the rankings -- his goal was to be considered the top player in the country. As he's grown older, though, the versatile forward focuses more on the bigger picture -- big-time college ball followed by the NBA -- than rankings. ... While he's confident in his ability, Randle sees the strengths of those just behind him. He considers No. 2 Jabari Parker of Chicago Simeon to be a versatile, smooth, all-around player with few weaknesses.

Did you hear the story about most the Grace Prep BBall team suddenly transferring to Primetimes Prime Prep academy. No really, HS bball is a clean sport.

I feel sorry for the kids. They have street agents and AAU handlers putting ideas in their heads ... pretty soon they're making dumb decisions.

Its the same in Football...especially here in Tampa

They have to go the charter or private route in Texas. That's one thing the UIL has done a pretty good job of.

Hell, even Guido's SLC Dragons couldn't get away with a shady QB from Oklahoma coming in.
