08:17 AM ET 08.29 | By his own admission, Braxton Miller wasn't quite himself in 2011. A year after he was dropped into a tempest as a freshman, when throwing a spiral sometimes seemed like a challenge, Miller, under first-year OSU coach Urban Meyer, should have a chance to once again look like the guy who could throw it and run it as an elite high school quarterback. But he can't be only that. ... [Being a leader] occurred both by the natural progression of experience, and through a coach who will rip that leadership out of his quarterback if need be. "They definitely helped me out with that this year," Miller said. By having Meyer tell him about the need to be a leader how often? "Every day," Miller said. "Every day."

And thankfully, since we cannot think for ourselves, they will now once again tell us who to place on the presidential throne. Kinda helpful, like ESPNBCS Inc. appointing our college champions. I do, however, trust the Pac-12 network.

[thweeet!] Penalty! 15 yards and loss of down. No politics on the threads. Like botulism, it spoils more than the conversation.
