Make sure he's got his cell phone, though. Have you ever tried to get a phone number for the local UPS depot? They won't give it to you.

there ya go!! earlier there was a screen saying FN was doing regular maintenance and would be back soon. seems to be running worse to me. what constitutes maintenance..cleaning out the hamster cage?
