08:00 AM ET 09.05 | Much has been made of the star power among New York quarterbacks, but who ranks first? As Eli Manning pointed out, he's the third most talked about quarterback in New York, but the Daily News football staff voted him the best player in the big city, edging out Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis and far ahead of the Gang Green GQ quarterback tag team of Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow. Sanchez and Tebow gather headlines and magazine covers. Manning gathers Super Bowl rings. ... Sanchez finished an unimpressive 16th on the list, but comfortably ahead of Tebow at No. 23. ... Manning picked up six of the seven first-place votes and compiled a total of 348 points out of a possible 350.

Could be. The political convention sure isn't going to draw much of an audience, even if they do bring in Ochocinco to speak.

But seriously, I'm hoping the 'Boys can pull an upset tonight. There's nothing like happy, bouncing cheerleaders. Nothing.

You're right........anddddd not only does he lets the media talks he also let the "loudmouth" TV analyst talk as well as the tons of "loudmouth posters" on various banter sites, this on nothwithstanding. I remember all the talk of non elite QB, interception prone QB, Trent Dilfer comparisons and the sort. Eli quietly shut those mouths up and you these same fools comparing a HOF QB to "Sanchise" & "Tebrow" whatta a joke. Stop it! I mean this is a reigning two time SB MVP, Brady's equal, OBTW the same cat who's beaten Golden Boy twice in head to head SBs. Whats different this year? You have these same media frenzy fouls so even picking the Giants to make the playoffs and yes of course, you have the fools on this banter site siding with this silly assessment. It all starts tonight and we will see at season end how silly you sound. Quite frankly most Giants fans and myself are expecting a repeat championship thereby effectively putting the dynasty tag of the Blue...2SB this decade, and 1SB in the closing years of the last decade. So stop with silliness of the crosstown inept fools Mark and Timmy bag of doughnuts!
