08:07 AM ET 09.05 | Look out, NBA. Erik Spoelstra successfully revved up the Miami Heat's offense. He said Tuesday you haven't seen anything yet. After the Heat played at a faster pace in their championship run than in previous seasons, going from 21st in the NBA in pace to 14th in 2011-12, Spoelstra said on the debut of the Jorge Sedano Show on WQAM that he is hopeful of pushing the tempo further this coming season. "I hope to play faster," he said. "We turned it up a gear last year and I think we have the personnel to hopefully go even faster. And I think with a normal training camp and a full season, we can build that habit a little bit more." The Heat's move to more of a transition game came in the wake of an NBA lockout that cancelled the team's summer program.

Better have some depth then if you wanna play even faster...Bosh nor Wade will hold up the entire season at that pace.

Success in the NBA will be determined on what the Lakers do, the Lakers will set the pace for every other team to follow. There's a new blueprint or prototype to immulate and its on the west coast in purple and gold colors.

"Depth"?!?!?! They just signed backups to both positions you just mentioned .. Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis. If you just take those brand new Haterade glasses off, you would've seen that.

Yeah, the pace will certainly be set by the biggest cry baby in the sport, the oldest point guard in captivity and the highest mileage superstar going. Let the Lakers make it out of the West, then we'll talk. OKC still rules out there.
