08:18 AM ET 09.06 | Thank goodness for Silas Redd. Reserve running D.J. Morgan was scheduled to have knee surgery Wednesday, reducing the Trojans' tailback corps from four to three. Morgan described the surgery as "minor" on his Twitter page and said he would miss 3-4 weeks. USC coach Lane Kiffin confirmed that Morgan was having surgery but declined to elaborate per team policy. ... Morgan was seen icing his right knee during practice Aug. 20. Redd, the transfer from Penn State, started last week against Hawaii in the same backfield with senior Curtis McNeal. They split time before yielding to Morgan in the fourth quarter, when the game was out of reach. Morgan rushed for 25 yards on seven carries.

The Bruins have a bandwagon? Apparently this wagon is just for the marching band.

Redd: 9 for 56 and 6.2 isn't bad. Pretty good backup.

Just because he can play it..doesnt mean he will be good at it

This is very true, but you can say the exact same thing about any, "True Freshman" on any college football team!!!

Don't bother telling them about Algahor and Farmer OT. Most of these guys dont want to hear it. They assume because we lose a couple of guys, we will fade away. You and I know however, that's not happening.
