08:28 AM ET 09.07 | Texas A&M coach Sumlin is keeping his freshmen under wraps, which leaves Kliff Kingsbury to give the Johnny Manziel scouting report. "He acts like it's his team," Kingsbury said of Manziel. "And he's never played a (college) game." And Kingsbury, Texas A&M's offensive coordinator and a one-time Texas Tech standout, appreciates Manziel's assertive approach to his collegiate debut. ... [Saturday marks Sumlin's] first game as the Aggies' head coach, and it will be against No. 24 Florida, winner of two national championships over the last six seasons. No worries, Kingsbury said. "Johnny has the feel of a kid who's always expected this moment," Kingsbury said. "He's just one of those kids who has that type of vibe -- that nothing is too big for him."

We'll see how the kid feels on Saturday.

Conventional wisdom says the Gators should win this but my gut says the Aggies win it. Kyle field is a loud place and I think being it's first SEC game it's going to be even louder.

The Aggholes' QB commit from Pius looked pretty good last night. Is he actually gonna go to College Station or will he opt for going straight to MLB? Every "source" I look at/listen to gives me a different answer.

Reading your comments at the Haus led me to believe UF's D might struggle. I didn't get to watch the BGSU game, but the highlights for the Falcons confirms your diagnosis (at least for the plays shown).

Yeah... I cant wait for the games to start...Some pretty interesting match ups..Can Moo St get over the hump and beat Auburn..Plus UGA and Misery...

Moo St wins if the point total stays under 30. You may think i'm crazy, but outside of the MIZZ and AGGIE SEC debuts, I think one of the more interesting match ups is the Vandy-N.W game.

Yep, I took the Aggies too, and they will be feasting on gator tail Saturday night.

I would have been worried if you picked the Gators. Kiss of Death. Though my picks were not far in front.

You got a wanna be horns coach vs the "real" Texas team. That should stir it up both ways.

Did you not hear, the Aggies annexed Gainesville?
