11:49 AM ET 09.09 | Tyler Wilson did suffer some kind of injury on Saturday, but the extent of said injury remains unclear. Earlier, CBS Sports Radio reported Wilson suffered a broken collarbone in Arkansas' loss to Louisiana-Monroe. However, the network has since issued an apology, calling the report inaccurate. Which means ... we know nothing at the moment. Wilson will likely be re-checked on Sunday, at which time we'll know more about his injury. For now, though, there's nothing official and earlier fears that he may have broken his collarbone appear to be unfounded.

Arky needs more than Tyler Wilson this coming weekend.

ULM.....way to go! Sorry Arky fans that was a tough loss. Love seeing the little guy win every now and then.

Man, that stinks. He's a great QB. I hope the injury isn't as bad as some of the reports are saying.

Dig the posting moniker PDX. When I went to bed last night, the Bulldogs had just tied the score at 17. Sounds like Mizzou totally collapsed after that.

Could you even imagine if Arky were to beat Bama in Arkansas this coming weekend!!! What a tizzy fit that would put the SEC into!!!

PDX, yeah I'm not going to hold my breath, although some FN fans wish I would. Bama should take care of Arky without a problem. :-)

GW, that's what I'm thinking, but if the game is close, then what?

September 9, 2012  12:53 PM ET

So did they give John L. Smith his long term contract this morning.

I do believe losing to Louisiana Monroe is more humiliating than keeping Bobby Petrino as your head coach.

Well Bama didn't fire saban when they lost to ULM....which it appears was a good call

Are you saying that, John L. Smith is or could be just as good of a coach as Saban??

September 9, 2012  01:12 PM ET

Regardless, hope his recovery goes well. ALSO best wishes to the Tulane safety who is hospitalized with a fractured spine received during their game.

Part of the risks of football but hate to see it happen.
