Torres will change his trademark game

08:26 AM ET 09.10 | Even before a possible lockout, this has been a long summer for Raffi Torres. After hitting Marian Hossa in Game 3 of the Coyotes' first-round series with the Chicago Blackhawks, Torres was leveled with a 25-game suspension that was later re-issued as a 21-game ban. Having served 13 of those games during the team's run to the Western Conference finals, Torres will be eligible to return Nov. 2 in Ottawa. ... Torres plays with a trademark physical edge, but he realized some change is necessary. "I don't think I can afford to go through something like that again," he said. "I'll just focus on my timing, being a little more smarter, and instead of launching myself just remember to keep my feet on the ice and kind of go through guys."

speaking of papers...went out yesterday to get my Sunday Tennessean and got back in the house and was presently surprised.......had been delivered a Sunday New York Times........go figure, but, as my wife said, nice to read a paper that has some professionalism....hard to get that in Tennessee journalism....she wants to cancel local and go for the big time reporting....

Be careful they lure you in with the trial offer and drastically reduced rates than hammer you over the head when you subscribe

That's uncalled for Swampy. Just because chewing tobacco is one of the four main food groups in Alberta it's not a reason to insult them.

The only pic worse then a guy getting smashed to peces is a Flame holding the Cup. A warning to all my avatar should not be looked at by people with weak stomachs
