Alabama leaving all challengers behind

08:18 AM ET 09.14 | Nick Saban can get used to his view from the top. Look down from that No. 1 ranking at the moment and you're likely to get dizzy and step away from the edge. Scared of heights? You better be. From here at Alabama it's a long way down to the next level of football. Sure, we can argue that USC, Oregon or LSU deserve to be in the discussion. But even then, the number of challengers to rule 2012 is not much bigger than the number of runners in a wishbone, a formation Bear himself installed here in the early 1970s. ... Alabama is not only great again, it is dominant, about to leave the game behind, peer down on the huddled masses. That's how the season has been defined, two weeks in.

Give 'em the crystal ball and cancel the rest of the season.

CBS has been on Saban's case lately. I wonder what made them decide to write something complimentary.

So all Saban has to do is turn on his heat vision and he can torch the entire world.

It almost sounds like some smart Bama techie kids hacked the CBS site and wrote an article.

Backhanded compliment. Their setting up the hoped for fall... But that would be counter to the ratings they desire when they get the rights to carry a Bama game this season.

LMAO...that they think BAMA is that much better than LSU..bet they wont print a retraction 11/5

I have to agree with the article that once you get past the top 5 or 6 teams in the country it seems to be a pretty big gap. I do think that LSU, South Cali, Oak, FSU, & Oregon could beat Bama on any given day. After that the odds lean heavily in Bama's favor as well as in the favor of these 5 other teams.

This gets into the whole Indwelling thing. By occupying his human host, Lucifer rises from the underworld and dwells among mankind in God's creation.
