09:30 AM ET 09.15 | Michael Vick says he's motivated by what's being said about him in the media after a four-interception performance in his team's 17-16 Week 1 victory against the Cleveland Browns. "I've always dealt with the things surrounding being a quarterback in the NFL and all the scrutiny," Vick tells USA TODAY Sports. "It's a part of it. And if it don't drive you and motivate you, I don't know what else could. It's all just talk. It's all speculation. It's everybody saying what they don't know anything about." Critiques of Vick's game were numerous and diverse following the narrow victory.

I had no idea you had to be a former player to know a 4 interception game is bad. Guess all those that have watched the NFL all our lives are too dumb to ever really undetstand the game. Thanks for clearing that up for us Mr. Vick! NOT!!!!!

I think: "Critics know quite a bit about Vick's talent, or lack of"

And if it don't drive you..

I'm guessing one of those talents isn't grammar.

They play the Ravens Sunday.

Dog Day Afternoon. And this time, Mike Vick is the dog.

Santa Claus is going to the game to boo the Eagles. I don't think he'll be alone.

Maybe Vick is now betting on his team to lose now that he lost his 'other' money maker.. how else do you explain 4 interceptions against the Browns??

It might be the first time they'll get something from Santa where batteries are included.

Despite the Vegas odds, in the Battle of the Birds, I would think that a real world gambler would consider the Ravens prohibitive favorites. Their performance should right the betting book or, to quoth the Ravens, "nevermore."

And after watching him week after week, nobody else knows of his talent, except one, to get hurt quite easily.

what Teddy Brushci said is right-hero ball- the guy can make plays....but guy can also just as easily take you out of games

Yep. He plays the game in the same gunslinger style as Brett Favre but without the same level of talent.

Vick's getting a bobblehead soon, complete with a glass jaw.
