10:34 AM ET 09.15 | Suspended and disgraced outfielder Melky Cabrera recently reached out to Giants officials to find out when and if he should report to the club's minor league complex to prepare for a potential spot on the postseason roster. The club is not commenting on Cabrera's situation, but all indications are that upper management has zero interest in the All-Star Game MVP playing another game in orange and black.

They are doing fine without him.

Unlike your Red Sox, who still have Ortiz on their team.

I wonder if they would have handled Barry the same way?

wiseup: Cabrera left his team down. The giants found out they have done fine without him. Cabrera let his team down for selfish gain. He doesn't deserve a roster spot on post season roster. Giants sound like Cabrera caa hit the road .

I'm really not sure what the point is you're trying to make here.

If I recall correctly, you're an Indians fan. So perhaps you're bitter because you root for the most racist franchise logo in all of sports.

Didn't Ralpheal Palmaro say something like that, hey heve seen the Pope Lately, he looks like he's in better shape than Joba Chamberlin!!! Nothing would surprise me any more!!!

They no longer need someone juiced up to sell out their ballpark. If it helped their bottom line, they'd welcome him back like crazy, but now, it looks like Melky's headed out of town.

Great bat (2012 Batting title) for a cheap price, that's for sure.

LMAO

Guess he's no Barroid Bonds...

September 16, 2012  08:28 AM ET

You are naive if you think Melky is the only dude using this crap. The issue isn't whether the Giants knew, it's about MLB knowing. They have permitted this stuff since the 90's and only now they want to"enforce" a cleaner game. Bud Selig is a disgrace and should have been fired years ago, but as long as the money flows, all is good.

verlander has used HGH for years who youn trying to kid?

September 16, 2012  10:05 PM ET

just because you have no clue that Verlander has been using HGH for years doesnt mean he doesnt....its a known fact that Justin has been a "Juicer" for years. Even a few Tiger fans have admitted it
