08:57 AM ET 09.16 | Arkansas starting quarterback Tyler Wilson missed Saturday's game against the Tide after suffering a head injury in the ULM loss, and watched from the sidelines as his teammates were embarrassed 52-0 in Fayetteville. Shortly before the end of the game, according to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Wilson told UA's "media relations guys... he needed to deliver a message" following the final gun. That message came as Wilson marched into a press conference, called his teammates quitters -- the exact quote: "Do I feel we gave up? Absolutely. -- and then marched right back out. Message delivered in a very public forum.

Off the subject matter, but, Wow, what a great game plan Shaw had for Stanford last night against USC. I was worried about this game as USC hasn???t beaten Stanford since 2008 and Barkley has never beat them. I don???t think this is a one game wonder for Stanford, as they are pretty damn good on defense and they have a decent running game and their QB isn???t too shabby. I still see USC winning the South, but it???s going to be a dog fight in the North. I still believe that Oregon has too much speed for either USC (12 PAC CG) or Stanford.

Take heart - at least it didn't involve icing the Utah State kicker.

Colonel, I stated last week that I was worried about this game, as Stanford always seems to come up big against USC, the Trojans haven't beaten Stanford since 2008. Give all the credit to Shaw for coming up with a great game plan and if anyone watched the game, they would have seen what a "physical" game Stanford played. Shaw outcoached LK, plain and simple!!!

Yeah, that San Jose State game confused everyone. It looks like SJSU may be pretty decent themselves this year.

If you can call Arizona State a "quality" team"????

Did Kiffin get outcoached OT? SC lines did look soft, and S. Taylor was a beast last night. All and all a bit of a surprise there. And on the topic here Wilson needs to grow up and stop calling out his team because he's disappointed at not being able to play.

Wilson you must be still suffering from that hit from last weeks game if you were playing and could have made a difference. Bama made your team look like they quit and the next time you take the field you might ought to remember what you call you team (Quitters), when they are trying to block and catch passes for you.
